Week of Aug. 22 - 26

During this week students will continue working on Honduran Folklore. 

• Poetic Folklore
• Material Folklore
• Narrative Folklore 

AS A QUARTER PROJECT:                     They will be illustrating a Folkloric Album that will be on exposition at our Independence Day Celebration on September 13. In order to know more about the Honduras Ergonomic Folklore, every student will bring a TYPICAL Honduras dish to share in class. In addition, they will give a short speech about its preparation.   DUE DATE: Friday 26 of August.           

They will be working on music elements such as 

• Rhythm
• Melody

They will be working at Honduras Autochthonous Instruments:

• Indigenas
• Criollos o Mestizos
• Negros o Caribes.          As a PROJECT , they have to work on a Power Point Presentation talking about their corresponding Folkore Area. DUE DATE Aug. 29         Book: Instrumentos Musicales Autóctonos de Honduras
