Students will work on traditional music of different continents and regions, Africa, Asia, South America North America. They will make a poster and prepare the presentation to share the information in class.
7th Grade
Students are working on "The Human Voice". After talking about voice classification, vocal groups and Respiratory System, they will prepare an info graphic with the given information to post in the classroom.
8th Grade
Students are playing the song "MINUET IN G" by J.S.BACH with the keyboard.
9th Grade
Students are working in two projects:
1. INDIVIDUAL: Music history TIME LINE (Due date APRIL 9) , which needs to be worked through the following link or any other creative way:
2. GROUP: Music in Ancient Civilizations (ROME, GREECE, CHINA, EGYPT): This will be done in spanish because will be presented during the Spanish Day Celebration.
They must talk about music, instruments, traditions, role of music in society and the relation of music with our spanish language.
